Starting from 5/12/23, by purchasing a ticket for travel until 05/03/24 for any GNV destination and for travel until September 2024, you will have:
- The possibility of purchasing in Presale mode with an advance own payment of 20%* of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00). The presale cannot be changed or canceled and failure to confirm the booking will result in the loss of the advance payment. The cancellation penalties applied to tickets purchased in presale mode will depend on the policies in force at the time of the balance and therefore of the conversion into the final ticket.
*Albania line excluded: 10% presale.
While the following cancellation** penalties will apply:
- 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
- 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
- 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
- 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
- 100% on the advance payment not yet converted
**Albania and Balearic lines excluded: for bookings from 5/12/2023 the cancellation is free if made within 7 days before departure, after the seventh day the following penalties apply:
- 30% from 6 days to 4 days before departure
- 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
- 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
- 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.
We remind you that:
Starting from 23/11/23, by purchasing a ticket for travel until 04/12/23 for any GNV destination and for travel until September 2024, you will have:
- FLEXIBILITY in purchasing and planning your trip with free ticket cancellation* (up to 14 days before departure) on all lines.

- The possibility of purchasing in Presale mode with an advance own payment of 20%* of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00). The presale cannot be changed or canceled and failure to confirm the booking will result in the loss of the advance payment. The cancellation penalties applied to tickets purchased in presale mode will depend on the policies in force at the time of the balance and therefore of the conversion into the final ticket.

The cancellation penalties applied to tickets purchased in presale mode will depend on the policies in force at the time of the balance and therefore of the conversion into the final ticket.

For tickets issued from 23/10/2023 to 6/11/2023, for travel from November 2023 to September 2024, on all lines presale mode is at 10% of the total ticket price or cancellation is free up to 14 days before departure, after the fourteenth day the following penalties apply:
- 30% from 13 days up to 4 days before departure.
- 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
- 100% less than 2 hours before departure
- 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted
