People with Reduced Mobility Onboard Services

For bookings, you can contact the Contact Center from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Do you need assistance for yourself or your travel companion? Please contact us preferably 5 days in advance and no later than 48 working hours before departure by filling out the contact form and selecting the option "Persons with reduced mobility." Also, let us know about any assistance needs during boarding.

GNV provides dedicated cabins on its ships for passengers with reduced mobility or disabilities who require special attention. These cabins can only be booked through the Contact Center to ensure they are assigned to those who truly need them and to prevent improper bookings. We also invite you to contact the Contact Center for any requirements regarding a travel companion and/or assistance dog.
