What happens if I miss the ship?
Passengers who do not arrive in time for check-in or who do not board the ship indicated on the boarding pass are not entitled to any reimbursement, not even a partial one.
What time should I arrive for check-in?
For national and EU travel (Italy and Spain), the time established for check-in is two hours before the ship departure time for Passengers with vehicles and one hour for Passengers without vehicles.
For travel outside the Schengen area (Albania, Morocco, and Tunisia) the time established for check-in is four hours before the ship departure for Passengers with and without a vehicle.
Once I’ve reached the port, what must I do?
Once at the port, please proceed to the maritime terminal for boarding.
By presenting your ticket, either in digital or printed format, together with a valid identity document, you will receive your boarding pass, which indicates your assigned accommodation.
