What ages fall under the categories of INFANTS and CHILDREN?
For domestic travel, Albania, and Spain: INFANTS under 4, CHILDREN from 4 to 11 (inclusive).
For Morocco: INFANTS under 2, CHILDREN from 2 to 11 (inclusive) For Tunisia: INFANTS under 2, CHILDREN from 2 to 14 (inclusive).
Can I book a cradle for my child?
The GNV staff on board has everything available for children: high chairs, cots, bottle warmers, bed guards, and changing pads.
The service is free, cannot be booked, and is subject to availability.
Ask at the Reception desk.
How can I book a ticket for an infant that isn’t born yet?
In this case we ask that you only make the booking for the other passengers and add the child at no charge after it is born by calling +39 010 2094591.
What documents are needed by unaccompanied minors and those accompanied by only one parent?
Passengers younger than 14 may not travel alone.
When a minor travels outside the country with only one parent, written consent is required from the other parent and/or legal guardian.
Passengers between 14 and 18 years of age may travel alone provided they have written authority from the parent or guardian that releases the Carrier of all liability.
