When you book a journey with GNV, you can choose the fare that best suits your needs. Do you want to take advantage of the best price and already have fixed travel dates? Or would you rather have more freedom in case your plans change?

With Superpromo, Standard and Flexy fares, you can travel at your own pace. 

Superpromo: already decided? Save as much as possible

If you have already planned your journey and are sure about your travel dates, Superpromo is the ideal fare with the lowest price, but less flexible conditions: it is non-refundable and cannot be changed. In addition, Advance Sales and Options are not available.

Once purchased, a Superpromo fare cannot subsequently be changed to a Standard or Flexy fare.

Choose Superpromo if your dates are fixed and your priority is getting the best price.

 

Standard: convenient, without tying you down

The Standard fare adapts to your plans: you can request a 50% refund up to 14 days before departure and change your ticket by paying a €60 change fee, plus any applicable fare difference.

The Standard fare also allows Advance Sales and Options.

Perfect if you want a good balance between price and flexibility.

 

Flexy: change your plans, worry-free

With the Flexy fare, you can cancel your ticket free of charge up to 7 days before departure and change your journey without paying a change fee, paying only any applicable fare difference.

The Flexy fare also allows Advance Sales and Options, giving you maximum peace of mind if you need to change your plans.

 

With Standard and Flexy fares, if your plans change, you can change your ticket, subject to the applicable conditions, by modifying the date, time, accommodation, vehicle details or passenger details. When making a change, the price of the new journey is recalculated based on the fares available at that time. If the new journey is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

Your needs may also be different for the outbound and return legs of the same journey.
