Earning Points

Earn points with every GNV ticket.

For every €20 spent, you get 1 point, and each point is worth €2 when converted into a Voucher. 

Here's a practical example: a €500 trip earns you 25 points, convertible into a €50 Voucher.

The same purchase also increases your Metal and Crew Points, which determine your Cluster and on-board benefits.

Remember to link your ticket to your myGNV Club code so you don't lose a single point: you can do it at the time of purchase or later, directly from your Reserved Area, within 30 days of the travel date. Noticed a crediting error? Report it within 30 days of the travel date: after this deadline the points can no longer be recognized.

If you buy your ticket

• at an agency, at the Contact Center or at a ticket office: give your myGNV Club code to the operator
• online: enter the myGNV Club code in the dedicated field.

Your code and your points are always visible and editable from your Reserved Area on gnv.it.

Terms of validity

The ticket is valid for crediting only if the passenger's name matches the holder of the myGNV Club code.

GNV reserves the right to carry out checks and not to recognize the points in case of irregularities or improper use of the program.

Recover your points

Forgot to link your ticket to your code?

Don't worry, you can fix it at any time within 30 days of the departure date shown on the ticket.

• WEB: log in to your Reserved Area on gnv.it, go to the myGNV Club section and navigate to the "Recover your points" section, where you can enter the Ticket number and the Departure date.
• EMAIL: visit the Assistance and Information section, scroll to the bottom of the page, select "myGNV Club" from the drop-down menu and fill in the form.
