myGNV Ticket Match - Terms and Conditions

Promotional initiative within the myGNV Club programme, in accordance with Art. 12 of the myGNV Club Regulations.

1. What is it?

"myGNV Ticket Match" awards 25 myGNV points to customers who have never travelled with GNV, upon joining the initiative as outlined below. Points will be credited after your first journey actually completed with GNV and can be converted into a €50 voucher, in accordance with the table in Art. 9.1 of the myGNV Club Regulations.

2. Validity Period 

The initiative is valid from 20 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. Applications must be submitted within this period. The first journey with GNV must be completed by 31 December 2027.

3. Who can participate? 

The initiative is open to individuals of legal age who:

  • are registered members of the myGNV Club programme;
  • have never travelled with GNV before. 

Eligibility will be verified by checking GNV's customer database using first name, last name, and date of birth.

4. Ticket Requirements

The uploaded ticket must:

  • be issued by any transport operator other than GNV;
  • refer to a journey actually completed within the 24 months prior to the application submission date;
  • refer to a sea or air connection to or from one of the destinations served by GNV: Sicily, Sardinia, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Albania, Balearics;
  • be issued in the participant's name; 
  • be authentic, legible, and unaltered, clearly showing in a verifiable manner: issuing operator, route, travel date, and passenger name.

5. How to participate

  1. Join the myGNV Club programme;
  2. Fill out the form available at https://www.gnv.it/en/assistence/contacts/information-and-booking, selecting "myGNV Ticket Match" from the drop-down menu;
  3. Upload your ticket, ensuring it meets the requirements in Section 4;
  4. Book a journey with GNV;
  5. Your points will be credited within [XX] days of your completed journey.

Participation is free of charge.

6. How to claim yout reward?

Following successful verification of your request and your first journey actually completed with GNV (meaning fully paid, completed, and with boarding verified), 25 myGNV Club points will be credited to your account. These points can be converted into a €50 voucher, in accordance with the table in Art. 9.1 of the myGNV Club Regulations. Cancelled, unused, refunded bookings, or no-shows do not qualify for points.

7. The Voucher 

The voucher is fully subject to the conditions set out in Art. 9.1 of the myGNV Club Regulations. In particular, the voucher:

  • cannot be split and must be used in a single transaction;
  • does not entitle the holder to any change/refund if used for a ticket of lower value than the voucher itself;
  • cannot be applied to ticket taxes and fees;
  • is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts applied via coupon codes;
  • must be requested and used by 31 March 2028, in accordance with Art. 4 of the myGNV Club Regulations. 

8. Data Processing

The uploaded ticket is processed by GNV, as Data Controller, solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility for this initiative. Only the data strictly necessary for verification will be processed: issuing operator, route, travel date, and passenger name. When joining, participants must tick the following mandatory declaration:

  • [ ] I declare that the uploaded ticket relates to me and is in my possession, and I guarantee that I am authorised to share this data with GNV solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility for the "myGNV Ticket Match" promotion.

Uploaded tickets will be retained for 12 months from the end of the initiative and then deleted. For any further information, please refer to the myGNV Club privacy policy and the dedicated policy available at https://www.gnv.it/en/mygnv-club/mygnv-club.

9. Limitations 

Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of accounts, email addresses, or tickets in their possession. Pursuant to Art. 6 of the myGNV Club Regulations, GNV reserves the right to reject requests, revoke benefits, cancel credited points, and suspend accounts in the event of: unauthentic or altered tickets; mismatch between ticket holder and participant; false data; multiple accounts; tickets transferred or shared among individuals to participate; or any other fraudulent or evasive conduct.
