GNV Upgrade

It is possible to change or cancel the bid up to 72 hours before the departure of the trip, provided that the bid has not already been accepted by GNV or payment has not already been charged.

Once the bid is accepted, payment will be charged immediately. The amount paid for the ticket update will be final.

All subsequent changes will be subject to GNV's standard cancellation/change fees set out in the General Terms and Conditions for Passenger Transport.

Existing ticket promotions are maintained. However, no further promotions will be added to your booking.

If you have purchased a cabin with a 'Late Checkout' option and bid for an upgrade to a higher category, GNV cannot guarantee that you will be allocated a cabin with the same option. The initially booked cabin will still retain the 'Late Checkout' option in case of non-acceptance.

No, the location and features of the cabin depend on availability. GNV cannot guarantee the allocation of a specific cabin within the category in which the upgrade takes place.

The bid can be accepted at any time from when it is sent until 24 hours before the departure of the trip. You will receive an e-mail notification with the new ticket if your bid has been accepted.

The charge will be made to the credit card indicated when the bid was submitted. If several bids on different accommodations are entered, it will only be possible to upgrade to one of them.

The GNV Upgrade programme is subject to availability and may not be available for all trips or all cabin categories. To secure a particular cabin category, it is necessary to book the desired cabin category at the time of booking.

Each accommodation is considered individually. In the event that a bid has been accepted for a second cabin, GNV cannot guarantee that all accommodations belonging to a single booking will be close together.
