What is the Late Check-Out service?
The Late Check-Out service makes it possible to stay in your cabin up to 15 minutes before the ferry docks in port.
The service is offered through a new accommodation category: LC Internal cabin with 4 beds, LC Seaview cabin with 3 beds, LC Family suite.
There is an additional fee for the service.
The service is available on the following lines: Genoa-Palermo, Genoa-P. Torres, Genoa-Tunis, Naples-Palermo, and with MN Excelsior, La Superba, La Suprema, Excellent, Cristal, Adriatico, and Rhapsody, all with limited availability.
What is the Priority Disembarking service?
The Priority Disembarking service makes it possible to be one of the first to disembark with your car.
The service is only for cars in category A1 (4.99 - 1.90 h).
It will be available with a new PRIORITY AUTOMOBILE (L<5.00 H<1.90) category.
Cars with priority disembarking will be among the last to embark.
Except for the driver, the other passengers may already board the ship.
One area of the bay will be dedicated to cars with this service.
During check-in, an orange card will be issued, which the passenger must place on the car windscreen. It will be removed at the bay, before embarking.
There is an additional fee for this service. Availability is limited.
It is available on the following lines: Genoa-Palermo, Genoa-P. Torres, Genoa-Olbia, Genoa-Tunis.
