How do I request the invoice?
Fill out the form on the page “Request Invoice” on the GNV website within 4 days of issue of the ticket.
Once this term has passed, no document can be issued.

What is pre-sale and how does it work?
Pre-sale is valid on all lines and for all travel dates more than one month prior to the departure date.
The deposit amount required to reserve the ticket is 20*% of the ticket total (including taxes). The minimum deposit amount is €50.
Pre-sale expires 30 days before travel. At the expiration date, the pre-sale is automatically cancelled. Within this time, the remaining 80% balance must be paid by calling the Contact Center with a credit card, on the website www.gnv.it, or through a Travel Agency. Otherwise, the deposit will not be returned and you lose the right to availability and the fee that was locked in with the pre-sale. The pre-sale cannot be changed in any part until the time it is fully paid.
Once converted into a ticket, the replacement and cancellation rules in the General Conditions apply.
There are no additional costs for pre-sale.
The booking performed through pre-sale does not calculate any discounts (e.g., deductions, coupon codes not cumulable with pre-sale), which can only be used in the event of a direct purchase in a single solution, except for resident fees, Telepass Premium discounts, over sixty discounts for loyalty card holders, coupon codes that are cumulable with pre-sale, conventions, and promotions under way.
