Your myGNV Club Points become Vouchers you can use on your next GNV ticket: the more you accumulate, the higher the value of your voucher.

Here are the thresholds to reach:

Your Cluster is born where two routes meet: the Metal level (Bronze, Gold, Platinum), which grows with your spending on GNV trips, and the Crew level (Sailor, Explorer, Captain), which increases with how often you travel.

Where they cross, your benefits are born: up to 15% discount at on-board restaurants and shops, up to +40% on the myGNV Club Points you accumulate.

Requesting your Voucher is really simple: log in to your myGNV Club Reserved Area, choose how many myGNV Club Points to use, generate the Voucher in a few clicks in the Create a Voucher section and… plan your next trip using the Voucher code you'll receive by email!

Your discounted ticket is issued by GNV, subject to seat availability, and sent by email. A few rules to keep in mind:

• you can use only one Voucher per ticket
• Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other vouchers or coupons
• the Voucher does not apply to the excluded boarding taxes
• each Voucher is personal, non-divisible and non-refundable, to be used in a single transaction within 12 months of the issue date.
