How do points get added to MyGNV cards?
When entering the myGNV code during online booking or communicating it to the Contact Center operator or travel agency, the customer earns 1 point for every €10 spent on the ticket.
If the customer forgets to enter or communicate the myGNV code at the time of purchase, points can be requested within 30 days of the departure date in the personal area of the website https://mygnv.gnv.it/#/login.
I was already registered with MyGNV and can no longer log in - what do I do?
Sign up using the same email as your previous account to enjoy the benefits you've already earned and all the promotions of the new program.
Can I get credit for points if I already purchased my ticket?

How can I transfer loyalty card points to another card?
Points are attributed to the individual customer code.
One person cannot participate with more than one code and it is not possible to transfer points accumulated to another card.
How do I request myGNV programme awards?
Once customers have reached the number of points set forth in the regulations, they can request awards by purchasing the ticket through the Contact Center or travel agency.
The regulation is available in the reserved area of myGNV.
The ticket purchased using awards cannot be placed in pre-sale.
How do on-board purchases affect MyGNV Club points?
Make purchases on board at the shops and restaurants by showing the QR code of your MyGNV Club card at the till. These purchases will count towards the total spend of the trip and therefore towards the points earned from the trip itself.
Example: you spent €100 to buy a GNV ticket, and on board you spent €20 at shops and restaurants — you'll have €120 converted into 6 points (1 myGNV Club point for every €20 spent).
What are Metal Points and Crew Points?
They are qualifying points that determine your Cluster, but cannot be converted into vouchers. Metal Points grow based on spending (1 point per euro); Crew Points grow based on the number of legs travelled (1 point per leg, outbound or return).
How long do I have to link the ticket to my code?
You can do it at the time of purchase, up to 30 days after the trip's departure date. Any crediting errors must be reported within 30 days of the travel date.
Are there extra points bonuses?
Yes, thanks to accelerators you can earn extra points.
For example, by purchasing a round trip in the same booking you get 50% more myGNV Club points than you would by booking only the outbound trip. If you buy the return after the outbound, you get 25% more points.
You can earn extra points in several ways: with the Welcome Bonus when you sign up, by travelling with company, or by taking advantage of promotions on specific routes or periods.

Does the Crew level give extra benefits?
Yes: from the Explorer level upwards, you earn 20% more myGNV Club points than you would normally accumulate. For example, if at Sailor level you earn 100 points, at Explorer level you earn 120 (+20% points), and at Captain level you earn 140 (+40% points).
What is the Cluster?
It's the combination of your Metal level (Bronze, Gold, Platinum) and your Crew level (Sailor, Explorer, Captain). Your on-board benefits depend on your Cluster.
How do I reach the Platinum level?
You need to have spent more than €5,000 on GNV trips in the last 24 months.
How do I reach the Captain level?
You need to have made more than 6 round trips (i.e. more than 12 legs) with GNV in the last 24 months.
Can the Cluster change over time?
The qualifying points are always calculated over the last 24 months. Once a Cluster has been reached, it remains active until 30 June 2029.
How do I convert points into a Voucher (discount voucher)?
Reach one of the set thresholds (starting from 25 points = €50) and request the conversion. GNV will issue the discounted ticket by email, subject to availability.
Can I use more than one Voucher on the same ticket?
No, you can use only one Voucher per ticket, which cannot be combined with other vouchers or coupons.
What happens if the ticket value is lower than the Voucher value?
The Voucher does not give the right to change and cannot be used for the remaining balance on other purchases.
Does the Voucher include boarding taxes?
No, boarding taxes are excluded.
What happens to the points if I cancel the ticket?
In case of voluntary cancellation of the ticket on which you used the points, you are not entitled to have them credited back. If, however, the trip is rescheduled or cancelled for reasons beyond your control, the points are recognized.
What discounts do I get on board?
It depends on your Metal level: 5% with Bronze, 10% with Gold, 15% with Platinum. The discounts apply to on-board restaurants and shops (excluding state-monopoly goods, Duty Free and the newsstand).
How do I get the discount on board?
Show the QR Code from your MyGNV Club profile at the restaurant or shop till before the receipt is issued.
