Check-in and passport control operations at Ponte Caracciolo, first floor office.

Opening: six hours prior to departure.

Closing: thirty minutes prior to departure.

Genoa – Tangiers departure

Depending on the ferry departure time, you can check in either in situ (along the road) or at the ponte Caracciolo office (one location excludes the other, i.e. they do not operate simultaneously).

All the other lines:

Check-in operations at ferry terminal maritime station. For passengers with vehicles, directly along the road leading to the boarding areas. For foot passengers, at the port ticket office.

Check-in opens: 6 hours prior to departure.

Check in closes: 15 minutes prior to departure.

For daytime departures:

Check-in opens: 06.00

Check-in closes: 15 minutes prior to departure.
