GNV AGREED CENTRES FOR COVID-19 TESTS - ITALY
In view of the summer season 2021, GNV has signed an agreement with the main Italian analysis centers for the Covid-19 Test.
GNV passengers will be able to benefit, in private form, from the preferential fares as listed below for each individual centre and in the manner described below.
The aim of the Company, in addition to ensuring safety at every stage of the journey and being the first to obtain the Biosafety Trust Certification of RINA, is to facilitate its customers and allow them to plan their holidays in complete serenity.
How to use the special agreement for Testing
The owners of a GNV ticket, for journeys still to be carried out at the time of testing, for any destination of the Company’s lines.
How to use the convention
Clients owning a GNV ticket could make the reservation at agreed centres according to the way indicated and requested by the same centres (please check rules and conditions for every centre)
Once the reservation has been made at the chosen centre, at the time of acceptance to the test it will be necessary to show:
- Document of recognition.
- Documentation attesting to the booking of the trip with GNV.
Upon payment of the test it will be possible to benefit from the reduced price.

Rates and reservation
For all the GNV customers it has been agreed a special rate for performing clinic test in order to counter the risk of infection of Sars-Cov-2 virus.

Reports issuing by Lifebrain Centre.
Reports could be obtained within 72 hrs from the acceptance date. In case a different timing will be requested then it will be necessary to make a phone reservation with a specific request.
Limitation of liability
In case of delayed reporting, as well as any other issues related to the execution of the tests, the responsibility of the Laboratories will be limited to the cost of the travel ticket - within the maximum amount of Euro 400 - therefore excluding the payment of additional amounts and/ or compensation for any damage allegedly suffered by the Users as a result of the services object of this Convention.

It Is mandatory to send e-mail to the address of the chosen centre (download the pdf with centres’ location and contact)by specifying:
- Fiscal number, surname, name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Chosen date and selected centre.
- Kind of test (antigenic or PCR)
- Will to use the GNV agreed price.
