For bookings made from 26/11/2025, by purchasing a ticket for travel until 2/12/2025 to any GNV destination and for trips up to September 2026, you will be entitled to:

• The possibility to purchase in Advance Booking* mode with a 20% deposit of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00). Advance bookings cannot be modified or refunded, and failure to confirm the booking will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellation fees applied to tickets purchased in advance booking will depend on the policies in force at the time of final payment and conversion into the final ticket.

For cancellations, the following penalties apply:

• 25% from the booking date up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days up to 14 days before departure
• 40% from 13 days up to 7 days before departure
• 100% from 6 days up to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

For promotions between 26/11/2025 and 9/12/2025, options and advance booking are excluded.

For bookings from/to Albania, the advance booking requires a 10% deposit of the total ticket price (taxes included, minimum €50.00), and cancellation is free if made up to 7 days before departure. After the seventh day, the following penalties apply:

• 30% from 6 to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before scheduled departure
• 100% on the deposit not yet converted.

For bookings from/to the Balearic Islands, the advance booking requires a 10% deposit of the total ticket price (taxes included, minimum €50.00), and cancellation is free if made up to 7 days before departure. After the seventh day, the following penalties apply:

• 30% from 6 to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before scheduled departure
• 100% on the deposit not yet converted.

For bookings made from 29/10/2025 to 25/11/2025, purchasing a ticket for any GNV destination, advance booking is 10% of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00)* and cancellation is free up to 28 days before departure, after which the following cancellation fees apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 21 days before departure
• 30% from 20 to 14 days before departure
• 40% from 13 to 7 days before departure
• 100% from 6 days up to 2 hours before departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

For bookings made from 13/10/2025 to 28/10/2025, purchasing a ticket for any GNV destination, advance booking is 10% of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00)* and cancellation is free up to 21 days before departure, after which the following cancellation fees apply:

• 30% from 20 to 14 days before departure
• 40% from 13 to 7 days before departure
• 100% from 6 days up to 2 hours before departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

For bookings made from 28/07/2025 to 12/10/2025, when purchasing a ticket for any GNV destination, the advance payment is 20% of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00)*, and the following cancellation fees apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure.
• 30% from 19 to 14 days before departure.
• 40% from 13 to 7 days before departure.
• 100% from 6 days to 2 hours before departure.
• 100% less than 2 hours before departure.
• 100% on the advance sale deposit not yet converted.

* For Albania and Balearic routes, cancellation is free up to 7 days before departure. On the Albania route, the advance payment remains 10% of the total ticket price.

For tickets issued from 23/04/2025 to 27/07/2025, for travel until December 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20%* of the total ticket price and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

*The Albania line is excluded as the presale remains 10% of the total ticket price.

For promotions between 07/05/2025 and until 13/05/2025, options and presale are excluded.

For tickets issued from 19/03/2025 to 22/04/2025, for travel until December 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20%* of the total ticket price and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

*From 19/02/2025 to 22/04/2025, the Morocco lines and the Albania line will maintain the advance sale at 10%.

From 07/04/2025 to 22/04/2025, the advance sale for routes to Algeria will be equal to 10% of the total ticket price.

For tickets issued from 19/02/2025 to 18/03/2025, for travel until December 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20%* of the total ticket price and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

*The Morocco and Albania lines are excluded as the presale remains 10% of the total ticket price.

For tickets issued from 12/02/2025 to 18/02/2025, for travel until December 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20% of the total ticket price and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

The Albania line is excluded as the presale remains 10% of the total ticket price.
