This year we are once again renewing our flexible sales policy!

Starting from 19/03/2025, by purchasing a ticket for travel until 23/03/2025 for any GNV destination and for travel until December 2025, you will have:

• The possibility of purchasing in Presale mode with an advance own payment of 20%* of the total ticket price (minimum €50.00). The presale cannot be changed or canceled and failure to confirm the booking will result in the loss of the advance payment. The cancellation penalties applied to tickets purchased in presale mode will depend on the policies in force at the time of the balance and therefore of the conversion into the final ticket.

While the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

*The Morocco and Albania lines are excluded as the presale remains 10% of the total ticket price.

For promotions between 19/03/2025 and by 23/03/2025 options and presale are excluded.

 For tickets issued from 19/02/2025 to 18/03/2025, for travel until December 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20%* of the total ticket price and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

*The Morocco and Albania lines are excluded as the presale remains 10% of the total ticket price.

For tickets issued from 11/12/2024 to 11/02/2025, for travel until September 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20%* of the total ticket price or cancellation is free up to 21 days before departure; after the fourteenth day the following penalties apply:

• 30% from 20 days up to 4 days before departure.
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before departure
• 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

*The Albania line is excluded as the presale remains 10% of the total ticket price.

For tickets issued from 27/11/2024 to 10/12/2024, for travel until September 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 20% of the total ticket price and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted

For promotions between 27/11/2024 and by 10/12/2024 options and presale are excluded.

• 30% from 20 days up to 4 days before departure.
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before departure
• 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

For tickets issued from 14/10/2024 to 12/11/2024, for travel until September 2025, on all lines presale mode is at 10% of the total ticket price or cancellation is free up to 14 days before departure; after the fourteenth day the following penalties apply:

• 30% from 13 days up to 4 days before departure.
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before departure
• 100% on the pre-sale deposit not yet converted.

For tickets issued from 1/09/2024 to 13/10/2024 on the lines to/from Morocco, Tunisia, Genoa-Barcelona,the lines to/from Sicily and Sardinia presale mode is at 30% of the total ticket price (including taxes, minimum € 50.00) and the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• 25% from the time of booking up to 20 days before departure.
• 30% from 19 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

For trips from/to Albania, for bookings until 13/10/2024, presale mode is at 10% of the total ticket price (including taxes, minimum € 50.00) and cancellation is free if made within 7 days before departure, after the seventh day the following penalties apply:  

• 30% from 6 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.

For trips to/from the Balearic Islands, for bookings until 13/10/2024, presale mode is at 30% of the total ticket price (including taxes, minimum € 50.00) and cancellation is free if made within 7 days before departure, after the seventh day the following penalties apply:         

• 30% from 6 days to 4 days before departure
• 50% from 3 days to 2 hours before departure
• 100% less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure
• 100% on the advance payment not yet converted.
